Use this page to delete your Smart Booking account. We will send a code to your phone to confirm it is you.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, email address, profile photo, review photos, saved stays, sign-in devices and fingerprint sign-in are permanently erased.
What we keep
Records of past bookings, rides and payments are kept without your personal details, because the law requires us to keep accounting records. Reviews you wrote stay visible without your name. Any Smart Booking credits left on the account are lost: contact support for a refund before the deletion date.
